Return & Cancellation Policy

All return requests must be sent in writing via E-mail or Fax to Used Car Parts Central.

Note that all OEM Engines & Transmissions are identified by a unique code or marking.

Items modified or taken apart for testing will not be accepted for returns.

Items returned that are not the original part shipped will not be refunded.

Items returned that are not in the original condition shipped (Excluding items damaged in shipping that have been verified by the shipping company and verified by a Used Car Parts Central representative) will not be refunded.

If you receive a damaged part or an incorrect part, please notify our customer service department. DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK BEFORE RECEIVING AN RMA or “Return Merchandise Authorization” from a Used Car Parts Central representative.

Returning parts is the responsibility of the customer and Used Car Parts Central must be provided with a return tracking number when the item is shipped. The item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the RMA. The return address will be provided at the time we are contacted. Engines & Transmissions must be returned to the location address provided upon receiving RMA. Items returned to Used Car Parts Central will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions, at the customer’s expense.

Once the item is returned it will be inspected and upon approval, a credit request will be forwarded to the accounting team. Customer refunds are issued once the returned part has been verified and inspected.

If a buyer/customer wishes to cancel an order before the item has been shipped, a 10% – 25% cancellation fee may be applicable. If a buyer/customer wishes to cancel an order after an item has been shipped but not delivered, then it will be considered a return and a 25% – 100% return fee could be applied.
